Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Odisha Special Educator Federation for Divyang (OSEFD) is a non-profit professional body. Payments made on this website may include membership fees, event registrations, training program fees, or voluntary donations.

Membership Fees
Membership fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases involving duplicate or erroneous transactions, requests may be reviewed.

Event or Training Registrations
Cancellation requests must be made before the announced deadline. Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the specific event guidelines.

Donations
Donations made to OSEFD are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.

Duplicate Transactions
If you believe a payment has been charged more than once, please contact us within 7 days with transaction details. Verified cases will be processed accordingly.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 7–10 working days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
