OSEFD primarily provides professional membership services, communications, training registrations, and informational resources. We do not sell physical goods through the website.

Digital Delivery
After successful payment:
• Membership confirmations are provided via email or through the member portal.
• Event or training details are shared electronically.
• Receipts or acknowledgments for donations are sent digitally.

Delivery Timeline
Communication is typically sent within 24–72 working hours after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

Non-Delivery
If you do not receive confirmation within the expected time, please contact us with your transaction reference.
